Russell Personnel & Training Service Options

Russell Personnel & Training offers flexible HR support packages so that you can have the type of support that best meets your business needs.

1. Monthly Retained Service

This is charged at an agreed hourly rate and paid by standing order on the last day of each month. You can retain as little as one hour per month for a six month period. Access can be by email, phone or face to face – whatever you prefer. Should you require more than the period you have specified in a month, the additional time will be charged at the standard rate. If you don’t use the time in the month in which it arises, you will lose it. As a ready-reckoner you would need an hour for up to 50 employees.

In the event that you require additional support, you will be invoiced separately.

2. Pay As You Go

You will be charged for services based on time usage at the current standard rate.
